Pause Please is not your typical women’s health event. It’s a curated, elevated wellness experience designed for women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are navigating changes in their bodies — and want real answers, real support, and a community that gets it.
This one-day conference brings together leading medical experts, wellness professionals, and powerful voices in midlife advocacy to educate, affirm, and empower women through perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
We’re creating the room we wish we had when our hormones, cycles, and confidence started to shift — with no fluff, no shame, and no being dismissed by outdated conversations.
